First time at this location. All new employees except the manager. Who seemed very overwhelmed doing multiple jobs. Very few staff. I heard one employee tell a client she had been there three weeks. The young girl who rinsed my hair has been at this location four days. She shared with me she had been doing mens hair until this job. She seemed kind and tried to provide me with good service but it just fell short of the mark. Horrible service,the stylist left and someone else had to finish her work.I bought their shampoo that supposed would help with my hair and my hair has fall drastically

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. From the minute I walked in the door, no one offered to help and finally when I asked for help they said they couldn't help me, I had to talk to the manager who was at 'lunch' and would return in 15 minutes. I returned 30 minutes later and was told the manager still wasn't there & to come back later tonight or another day. Stained my forehead and messed up the color. Service was bad and overall just ruined my hair and didnt seem to care when i told them. Dont reccomend

They were awful and inattentive. She started coloring my hair without asking what color I wanted. Then no one checked the color after it was washed out. I got in the car to find I had color all over my forehead. Their solution when I called? Try using make up remover.
