The service was ok, but either being Saturday or low on staff, it took me half an hour to shampoo, I was sitting on the chair for good 30 minutes when a lady who was shampooing another lady's hair took pity on me and washed my hair. The staff was polite I must say that.

Went in to get hair dye info and Nova was such a pleasure to talk to and he was very informative. Loved my experience there and I even signed up for home delivery.

In my search for a new colorist, i thought I'd try Madison Reed. My grays show up every 4-5 weeks. My first visit I met with Gladys and she was great! The balayage and color treatment were nice. My second visit we found a color combination that worked so well. It was rich and I loved it! That's when she told me about their unlimited root touch up package. Wow! I wasn't expecting much, I'll be honest, but was pleasantly surprised! Victoria did an amazing job. Highly recommend if you'd like to give foils a break for a bit or even give them up completely. I'm excited this is something I can keep up at home, as well! Shiny results and I loved my blowout too. Go check them out!!

I was expecting the color to be $80 but there was a $15 consultation fee that no one told me about. After tip it was $114. The hair color person talked up buying a membership throughout my coloring. I could not escape because my hair was being colored. When I told her I was going to wait until after my experience at the salon to decide she did not talk to me anymore. This bare bones place is not worth it with the hidden fees. I will go back to a boutique salon and pay more for good quality and full service.

I do not recommend this hair bar . The staff was fake nice once you mentioned to them your complaints they instantly try to change your words and say you asked for that service. They are manipulating . They show you one picture as an example for the results and it's completely the opposite . Very immature and doesn't know how to handle anything.

This was my first time at a Madison reed location and booked a root touch up appt with the $60 deal for first time customers. I sat down for a consult and went thru what color, if my greys were stubborn etc. The stylist mentioned my roots were longer then the typical 1-2 inches they do for a root touch up, but that was all that was said and then she said "let's get started!".
