In my search for a new colorist, i thought I'd try Madison Reed. My grays show up every 4-5 weeks. My first visit I met with Gladys and she was great! The balayage and color treatment were nice. My second visit we found a color combination that worked so well. It was rich and I loved it! That's when she told me about their unlimited root touch up package. Wow! I wasn't expecting much, I'll be honest, but was pleasantly surprised! Victoria did an amazing job. Highly recommend if you'd like to give foils a break for a bit or even give them up completely. I'm excited this is something I can keep up at home, as well! Shiny results and I loved my blowout too. Go check them out!!

This was my first time at a Madison reed location and booked a root touch up appt with the $60 deal for first time customers. I sat down for a consult and went thru what color, if my greys were stubborn etc. The stylist mentioned my roots were longer then the typical 1-2 inches they do for a root touch up, but that was all that was said and then she said "let's get started!". Don't sign up for the membership. Good product horrible (non-existent) customer service. I had the highest membership and couldn't get my product shipped to me. I moved to Houston and the nearest location was 45 minutes away. I was shocked to learn there are only a couple locations in Houston- who knew. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to explain how to get my product. You get chat or in the continuous circle of the phone AI customer service support. My first experience was not good. I scheduled an all over hair color appt at 5:45pm. Wanting to do blonde all over. They said they don't do that type of service and at 5:45pm when clearly it was stated as an option on their openings. Saying I have to go to an actual salon. I wasted uber money coming here expecting to get my hair done. Please be more descriptive on your services.

Blondes beware. I came in for a partial foil to lighten and brighten my hair and left 4 HOURS later with grayish brown hair. I am so sad. My hair is so ugly. They died even the parts that they didn't highlight this Brown ashy color. The stylist was not friendly and obviously not skilled. Even the manager when checking me out said "don't you love it " no I wanted to cry. You ruined my hair. When I called to try to remediate the situation the IVR system send me a text and no one ever responded from their side
