Don't sign up for the membership. Good product horrible (non-existent) customer service. I had the highest membership and couldn't get my product shipped to me. I moved to Houston and the nearest location was 45 minutes away. I was shocked to learn there are only a couple locations in Houston- who knew. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to explain how to get my product. You get chat or in the continuous circle of the phone AI customer service support. My first experience was not good. I scheduled an all over hair color appt at 5:45pm. Wanting to do blonde all over. They said they don't do that type of service and at 5:45pm when clearly it was stated as an option on their openings. Saying I have to go to an actual salon. I wasted uber money coming here expecting to get my hair done. Please be more descriptive on your services.

Blondes beware. I came in for a partial foil to lighten and brighten my hair and left 4 HOURS later with grayish brown hair. I am so sad. My hair is so ugly. They died even the parts that they didn't highlight this Brown ashy color. The stylist was not friendly and obviously not skilled. Even the manager when checking me out said "don't you love it " no I wanted to cry. You ruined my hair. When I called to try to remediate the situation the IVR system send me a text and no one ever responded from their side

Highlights did not show up as they were same color as rest of hair. Totally missed the mark on Highlights concept. Price is high anyway so not being to tell you had highlights is disappointing

Terrible. This was for a school dance and she completely ruined my hair. She was complaining about how I'm complicated the entire time. I asked for loose beach waves. The most simple thing possible. There is ten pounds of hair spray in my hair and I don't think a brush will go through it. I'm never coming back.

I had one of their new colorists this week and she was very slow--it took her more than 30 min to apply the color (before she started the timer) so that the hair framing my face was much darker than usual--the color was nearly black. Plus, she pulled through the color with a comb rather than just doing the roots, so that it covered many of my highlights. I would like to request that new colorists have more oversight! Thank you. (She was very nice by the way.)

I do it not like the change in membership prices every few month If they change the price once again in few months, I will cancel my membership It's such false advertising method and best way to loss clients

Green Hair. I went here to get my hair just a little darker. I'm a blonde. Person doing my hair forgot to do a step which caused my hair to pick up more color making it almost brunette. On top of that it had a green tint. don't go here.

I was desperate for a quick root touch-up and the only place open on Sunday was this place. I had popped my head in once before and wasn't impressed but when you are desperate to cover grays, you are willing to try just about anywhere. Unprofessional sums up the experience. From the moment you step inside, it's low-end yet the prices are not.
