Robin is the best. She takes her time to color my gray appropriately so it is actually all covered when I leave. And she is a master blow out girl - especially with my thick curly hair.

i've been a Madison Reed member since they opened in Dallas (Preston Royal). Taylor is my "go to" colorist. He is amazing! My color is always perfect! Only once was I less than thrilled with my highlights (mostly because I didn't communicate exactly what I envisioned) and Madison Reed (Taylor) immediately corrected it without question & at no charge. I couldn't be happier! Everything about Madison Reed is positive--you won't be disappointed!

I've enjoyed the color. It did not quite get all my grays. I might get an additional bottle next time - for better coverage.

I understand why many reviews describe the experience as "low end." The store kind of has a fast-food feeling. However, the lady that did my hair color did a nice job, with a wonderful scalp massage at shampoo time. I was very happy with the color. I do feel that it is overpriced, especially the $50 for blow-drying; not sure why this cost is so high.

The Madison Reed color bar experience was a refreshing change in all the right ways. No awful chemical smells; easy, relaxing process; you can add a blowout or DIY using their tools and products (one of my personal favorites); and most of all, beautiful results. The service was ok, but either being Saturday or low on staff, it took me half an hour to shampoo, I was sitting on the chair for good 30 minutes when a lady who was shampooing another lady's hair took pity on me and washed my hair. The staff was polite I must say that.
