Went in as a walk in and they were very helpful with products or services that I might be interested in but overall not pushy. I really liked how I decided to try a box to take home. She matched my hair right away, asked what tones I like and even gave me some instructions on how to easily apply it. I couldn't ask for more, excited to try it!

A colleague told me about Madison Reed after I told her my 18 year hairstylist retired. I am one of the lucky ones who got my first gray at 16... I updated the review after the managers contacted me. I also removed my previous review. They showed genuine interest in fixing the problem. According to an email I received, they are in the process of hiring more people, which will benefit their excellent employees and their clientele. Although I have soft, wavy hair, I prefer it straight, so I get the Brazilian keratin treatment. Because of it, I have to be careful when I dye my hair. Their hair products are perfect for it. First time ever going to a salon to dye my hair and it was the best experience I've ever had. I have curly hair so I wasn't sure if it would turn out but my hair has never looked better! Everyone was super nice and the hair wash was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! I also received a blowout, which I've never had, and the results were amazing. Definitely coming back for more in the future!
