The product is really, really great!! I had not trouble with perfect coverage and I went into the store to pick my color. I liked the choices because there were shown on a screen with very true to life colors to pick from. It was easy. I do wish the expert would of talked to me about adding the glaze.By the time I got home I received a how to video and a personal message.My hair is very long and I was experiencing some loss. The staff was friendly but I was surprised that blow drying costs extra. The price for just a root touch up is expensive and I would have thought that would be included. I still had some very noticeable dye left on the hairline of my face and I had to ask for it to be removed. I have no complaints about the dye or color but I will continue to color my hair myself.

I've been using madison reed color to cover by roots and grays for the past year. Even though I found a new stylist I like having the option until I can get into the salon. They do have stylist at this location but I am happy with my current. It's nice to have a shop I can pickup some color instead of waiting for it to be shipped. my review is solely based on ordering color online and pickup at the store. I had a great colorist in Miranda. Unfortunately for me a different tech did my blow out and although I tipped her as well I am very unhappy with the results and the comments she made about my haircut. I will avoid blowout in the future.

Went in for root touch up wanted the golden blonde and I got 9 n with 10 n. Was ask if I liked it said it's too dark was told we can change it next time you come in. I don't like not getting hair blow dry either. Pricing fair but not when you don't get what you ask for

Went to get a balayage and root smudge instead the stylist recommended some foil highlights on roots and toner... I figured it would come out nice but got the total opposite... she seemed like she was rushed... after she got done I blew dry my hair and it looked very disappointing... they still charged me $161.00 for this disaster and stylist told me "I can give you a root box dye and you can do it yourself" I told her "I wouldn't know how to do that" !!!
