This is really a cute and smart idea. Now $85 for a color that is in a box is not my thing. No cuts they have an area where you can style your own hair equipped with brushes and hairdryer with accessories and curling iron. I don't think it's worth it personally.

I am from Tucson and also had issues finding this location. I did arrive about half an hour early and they were able to see me pretty quickly. My colorist was great in the beginning we talked about my stubborn grays and how I have issues getting good coverage. After the application my colorist never checked on me again. The person who checked me in did my rinse and blowout, she missed some shampoo or extra color on my hair and instead of taking me back to the rinse bowl she used a towel and spray bottle of water to rinse my ... read more

The inside of Madison Reed is lovely, new and fresh. (There's your star) However, I drove an hour and a half for an appointment and realized when I arrived that it was among a hundred stores in a large outdoor mall. The address brought me to the mall but no location within it. I spent ten minutes on the phone with the only number available on my confirmation email which was a main number and not of the store itself.
