The staff and location is nice... that's about it. I have a line of color all over my forehead, color behind my ears and neck, I still have product on my scalp. The self service station is dirty, no place to sit, no even a trash can. It was my first time and no assistance whatsoever, I have to walk around and ask where to put the dirty towels. First and last time there.

Updating my review to remove a star, since my feedback was met with an auto-generated canned response asking me for details, when the review itself contained all the details/feedback. Clear example of their laziness. Do not recommend this location AT ALL. from 4/19/2025 I've been a member for about 5 years now. Have frequented locations in NC, FL and AZ. went in on 9/4 got highlights loved them fast forward to 9/28 it was time to get my roots colored and i was a member so this was a free visit I would only pay for add ons. No one greeted me when I walked in. I stood there awkwardly for five minutes waiting to check in. I eventually got seated and they started sectioning my hair and the hair stylist just said they can't do it without any explanation. Very bad service

most disappointed i've EVER been my roots are COMPLETELY orange. I had to go buy my own toner and did everything i know of trying to fix this shit and nothings helping so thank you SO MUCH FOR RUINING MY HAIR

Absolutely the worst experience in a salon. I was getting rinsed at the bowl and from two sinks over I start getting sprayed in the face by another stylist and the response from one of the stylist is" it happens". Also this business somehow has ran out of towels so my stylist decides to dry my hair with TISSUES and when that didn't work she used paper towels. I am baffled at the service here save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I came to Madison Reed today. I just wanted a simple color/root touch up. The lady who did my hair was so sweet and so kind and I have nothing bad to say about her as a person. However I kept saying I think my hair is a 4-5 she kept saying I was a 3. She's the professional so I said ok. Now that it's dry it's way too dark. I knew this wasn't my color. This was my first experience with Madison Reed and it was awful. I asked for a partial highlight and root touch up. After doing the sides the hairdresser said it was done. I asked about the back portion and I was told she already used 30 foils and that was all that was included in a partial. After processing there was a long time with toners.
