I went to Madison Reed to get an expert coloring on my hair and unfortunaetly been really disappointed in how the color turned out. We were going for a medium brown now I have a almost black with red highlights. The person who did the color did not come back over to me after my hair was washed to see if I was happy. She was very nice and knowledge in doing my hair color but no follow up after it was done. Loved the idea of a no nonsense brick and mortar option but when I decided to opt out of the blowout and do it myself, I didn't think I'd be spending so much time cleaning up the dye stains all around my hairline. For $85? Probably Won't do that again.

Let me start by how excited I was to get my hair done. All that quickly changed. I got to my appointment at Madison Reed super excited for the change of color. I'd been waiting for my appointment since January. When I spoke with my colorist I had mentioned that I was here for the Yelp Elite event that I was super excited. Didn't notice a difference in my hair color! Received a free all out color and blow out with a Yelp Elite Perk. The online system for scheduling appointments is great and allows for flexibility. The location is right by Cherry Creek Mall and there is free parking along the adjacent side streets, but also paid parking on the street itself. Well I wish I could give this place 5 stars but unfortunately I had some major issues with my visit. Parking was some what easy with parking meters. Had to go back outside and put money in since I had issues with my visit. The lady who I assume was the manager did my consultation and I had shows her photos of what color my hair was fresh out of a different salon. After a few mins we had a game plan and got to coloring.
