I didn't give 5 stars because the byolage turned very brassy on my hair. But it was a great experience and very friendly hair colorist. I would go back. I love that the product is non toxic and doesn't have a strong odor

My hair color needed fixed and it wasn't an easy one. Did a great job! I would recommend going to the manager there. She's really good. The other girls were a bit young in my opinion, and they seemed not as experienced as her.

Great service! I am really happy with my highlights!! I had a great experience here, they don't have the best phone service but I was able to get everything done on the app

Just left the salon! I actually dread getting my hair done but this experience was so pleasant. I'll break my review down into pieces because I feel like this business deserves that. Atmosphere: I like the set up. It feels open and clean. The areas are well kept. The parking outside on the street is very cheap but I would keep in mind you're in a busy area, it may not be easy to find parking right away. No complaint with the office. I love Madison Reed! The color choices are amazing and the stylist are highly talented! The salon is ALWAYS clean and EVERYONE is very friendly! Someone is always there to give me a friendly smile or say hello as I come in. The pricing is very reasonable! I have not had a problem with Madison Reed and I am extremely confident it will stay that way. At 65 years old, I have never gone to a salon for hair color. I always do my hair at home. I live in NY, but was traveling to Denver (for pleasure) and didn't have the time to freshen up my roots.
