I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 am. I arrived on time but was asked to wait because my stylist was running a little late. I had a seat but while I was waiting another customer came in and asked for the same stylist. Her appointment time was 10:15. She was clearly told that he had another customer waiting but she raised such a fuss that when the stylist arrived the other customer was seated before me. I had a very bad experience yesterday when I had a my roots colored and added the foil for highlights. I was there from 3 to 7 pm.. the hair tech damaged and has to repair my hair. The color did not get done properly and she blamed the company for not having enough bleach to highlight my hair. So disappointed. Now my hair is so damaged and extra dark instead of getting highlights. Overpriced, Very esoteric crowd for older white women. Limited on style, cuts, pay extra for drying. They are not particular for details, so anything other than one full dye ( of same color) and possible bleach would be asking too much.

BUYER BEWARE. I traveled a distance to this store because my local ULTA was out of the Madison Reed color. There were 2 employees in front and one in back when I visited around lunchtime mid week. I told the woman my hair color, and even though I knew the name she requested to look up my account, which she located. I also mentioned that I would like to try a gloss, and she recommended a color, but turned the sale over to another person and resumed whatever she was doing before I arrived.
