This was my first time here and I was beyond excited. I love Madison Reed dye because I have a severe allergy to PPD and I was thrilled they opened a color bar right by me. I was lucky enough to get the appointment date and time I wanted. I have to say, every single employee there was super friendly and kind. I am so disappointed with my hair color. I specifically asked for a "vibrant red" I got a dark cherry color . I absolutely hate it. I am sure the colorist is nice , but the problem is that she doesn't listen. She is very chatty and doesn't take the time to listen nor ask clarifying questions. Do not go here for balayage. I have brown hair and the girl turned it orange. I only have 4 grey hairs and they weren't covered. The girls doing hair are nice but they took my $180 and my hair is ugly. Not what I asked for. Now I have to pay somewhere else to fix it.

I love the service, products, salon but the colorists need to pay better attention to the amount of color left behind on the client's face. I shouldn't walk out with my hair color on my cheeks.

Consistency. I was helped by 3 people. The colorist, was helpful, but then her shift ended and the next person didn't introduce her self, about 2 minutes into removing my foils, a 3rd person asked her to go on break, and again, she didn't introduce self. After the wash, my hair was left tangled and soaking wet for me to handle. Honestly, this could have been better.

I asked for a specific color come to find an incorrect color was put. I initially asked for all over color and I only got roots done. Nothing of what I wanted was done. My face skin has color spill and no protector was put before coloring my hair so all of my sides are stained. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon. Vanessa did my daughter's hair and she ruined it. My daughter wanted an ombre balayage and showed her an inspiration picture. She said she would be able to do it but she may need 2 sessions. I didn't expected that my daughter's hair would be too orangey and patchy that it's so horrible that she won't go out of the house. I wish I had a better experience here. Upon arriving I was already given a hard time with the lady who I had an appointment with. I don't remember her name but it was an older lady. She seemed to be in a rush to get out of there and was complaining to me the whole time to me about me while doing my Hair... Called and explained I wanted low lights and all over black. I explained I had already dyed and bleached it. Walked it and was asked to re-explain which I did. The lady I spoke to said no she can't to a color correction which is not what needed to be done. I walked out went somewhere else. Customer service here sucks, very rude . Highly recommend to NOT go here.
