My update is not for the color bar itself, but for the order pick up. I have the subscription service and pick up my color from here. In my previous review, I experienced several issues when picking up my orders, but they have definitely improved on checking the accuracy of orders. A few times the person helping me even opened the box and double-checked the order in front of me. I appreciate their effort to improve and will continue to pick up my orders here.

Overall, the experience was okay. The employees were very friendly and the hair color experience was fine. The blowout was very disappointing. For the additional $50 I was expecting a salon level professional blowout and what I left with was no where near that. I do not recommend the blowout at all.

I love the stylist at this location very friendly and knowledgeable. I always leave here feeling gorgeous because my hair color is on point. Since I've been coming here my hair has a beautiful shine, luster and volume. I highly recommend Madison Reed products and services.

My mother and I have been coming Herr for the past 9 months. I held off posting so I could report the color management throughout these months. The staff has been great. Niccy has been extremely patient with my mom, who always wants to change her hair color from almost platinum to a blonde ash. Anyhow, the results are great. The interior is extremely clean, neat, and just modern enough. I've had different people do my roots and have been happy with it. The hair wash is very relaxing.
