I previously colored my own hair at home using Madison Reed but it's such a treat to come in and have it done. The colorists are always friendly. Cheryl needs to train all the shampooers! I wish I could coming in weekly just for that!

I'm so grateful for this store I've been using Madison Reed for years now and had it mailed to me directly. Now that I have the store I'll be checking in with these nice ladies, and getting my product even cheaper .

I have been coming here for about a year. This place is wonderful. The staff is great and I come out with great hair every time. They have an great system where you can book, change or adjust your appoint on line or call in. They make it easy.

I love the staff in the Forsyth location! The membership is an outstanding deal if you have to constantly do roots touch ups. I do not recommend it for other color needs, I had a so so experience with their balayage, the staff was very understanding and attempted to correct the best they could, I can't say enough great things about the staff but if you want all over color change or balayage, I personally don't recommend. This is a great option for busy people with stubborn grey hairs! The Unlimited Roots Membership saves me so much money AND my hair has never looked better! What a gem! Harriet, Michael and Jasmine are amazing. They are always so sweet and upbeat. The process is seamless, they get you in and out and have always been on time. Place is spotless and everything is sanitized before you use it. I go twice a month and am very happy with everything. Highly recommend.
