The stylist was very kind ! But after asking her to be sure to not go any darker my hair turned 2 shades darker -just in the front- and to find out she used permanent color... SO unfortunate : / & yes, it was confirmed with photos that the application was a mistake so I was sent a product to apply on my own but this could have all been avoided, UG.

Been coming for almost a year. The experience started well but the staff changed and every time I go now they try to sell me on additional products and services on top of the monthly membership I'm already paying. I noticed on my last visit they added a product to my tab that I didn't even agree to. The time before that I was told it was "necessary" to have a special conditioner while my hair was being washed. I was not told I had to pay extra then got charged at checkout. Feels like the salon technicians are now working on ... read more

Worst service ever . Staff was inexperienced and turned my hair green, so much so they paid my bill at another salon. If you value the integrity of your hair I would skip this place !

I was disappointed in my experience at the Madison Reed Color Bar at the Collection. I paid $65 (before tip) for a root touch up and a deep hydration treatment. I had to blow dry my hair myself in front of a mirror with a burned out lightbulb. My hair was very dry when I left. This is not a salon experience but is charging salon prices. The $10 hair treatment add-ons are a ripoff.

So I made an appointment two weeks prior at the Madison Reed color bar, just because I thought it was such an awesome idea and I've used Madison Reed products at home and I love the product. I went there was greeted by a girl doing someone else's hair and she told me they would be right with me now mind you my appointment was at 10:15 I got lost on the way there and I arrived at 10:38 I was late granted , guilty as charged... ....
