Madison Reed Color Bar Cumming is awesome. I joined the unlimited roots membership since I have lots of gray and in constantly need of color. This plan is so affordable and easy. Don't forget to ask for Harriet, Jazmin, or Michael. These stylists are knowledgeable and super friendly! You will not regret making an appointment. My hair never looked so soft and silky. I also like how long the color last.

I had been thinking of going here, and after seeing them advertised on Instagram, and thanks to an overpriced color treatment at a hair salon, I finally decided to go and try. I have been once and will definitely go back. The color was just as good as the former hair salon where I had gone. I love how much softer and healthy my hair looks and feels after dying it. I had very brittle hair after professional bleaching it for a couple years followed by store box dye (no thanks to COVID-19 closing all the salons). Harriett took great care of me. She gave me great balayage highlights. She lightened my hair first with a clay. She also applied a gloss to give my hair a shiny boost. Had a great experience here! My stylist did a great job matching my roots and blending my color naturally. The safety measures made me feel super safe with a temperature checkin and limited patrons at a time. The salon is super open, clean and spacious. Great spot to get a quick touch up or blow out. The parking is very easy as well and is just off 400 making it a convenient location. Highly recommend this place

I came into Madison Reed color bar earlier this week and was greeted with a smile. The process of booking appointments online was user friendly. My color expert was very friendly and happy to work on my hair. She put a beautiful dark red tint on it and I left happy. She was also very knowledgable on the companies history, products and services offered. Overall, had a great and covid friendly experience and got to come home with a new look.

This was my first ever visit to a MR salon and i wanted all over color touch up and highlights. I have been getting highlights 3 times a year for many years now at a different salon, and the MR salon highlights made my hair dry and damaged. I saw this immediately when using their hairbrush at the blow out station - I noticed lots of my highlighted hair breaking off into the brush. My hair was completely damaged from the highlights. They charged us $100 and I can't even tell that my son even got any kind of color at all. It's all about the money here no offer to discount it or anything. Do not go here if you have any ideas of going here go to an independent business This place. It's just all about the money and because it's a chain, they will get away with it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They ruined the color of my hair with a half-hearted apology and offered no solution. I walked in as a blonde, asking for a dark root touch-up around my blonde highlights. Stylist said this was no problem and that she was perfectly capable. She ended up attempting to lighten my dark roots, resulting in my hair being orange with overall brassiness. This experience was entirely unprofessional.
