Another amazing experience.. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was incredibly friendly, and my stylist truly listened to what I wanted. Love the staff! Always perfect service. After the AC in the Salon broken down a few months ago, the Salon is an ice box. Literally. Please consider a temp of 73 - still crispy cool but manageable. Highly recommend the Falls Location. They are amazing.

I had an amazing first time experience at this color bar. Lovely atmosphere. Prompt and professional service. My colorist (Jackie) really listened to me and the results were phenomenal. So glad I gave this salon a try. I'll be coming back.

Twas my first time at Madison Reed...I do not think that my treatment was worth close to $200. However, that's the company's set choice...I hope they can modify, at least slightly, for current + future customers with less add ons, such as having to pay extra to have the hair blow dried after it's treated, but perhaps, I am simply not used to the concept of how color bar salons operate. I've been a Madison Reed customer for close to 5 years and I've never been in one of their retail stores until tonight. I went in to purchase a color kit as my monthly shipment was not scheduled til next week but I wanted to color this week.
