I've been a Madison Reed customer for close to 5 years and I've never been in one of their retail stores until tonight. I went in to purchase a color kit as my monthly shipment was not scheduled til next week but I wanted to color this week. When I entered the store I was pleasantly greeted by the stylist working closest to door. A gentleman approached and asked how he could help- I'm really sorry I don't know his name:(.
