I took advantage of the fact I was in Miami to book a hair appointment last minute. I mainly wanted to get my grays covered, so my first thought was to check my phone. I had gone to Madison Reed back in Pembroke Pines months prior, downloading their app, and wouldn't you know it? I scored an appointment at Madison Reed near my cousin's house at The Falls. What brought me here was my desire to move away from chemical dyes, and I am too young to go with the natural gray/salt and pepper look! The salon was really good, the women were very honest with my hair color and texture. They recommended what would be best for me. I have tight curls, but they were able to blow dry and straighten my hair really nicely.

Great addition to the area. The women that work here are lovely and really take care of you. Madison Reed's products are really great quality. Jackie's blowouts are fabulous, too. I will definitely be back.

I have been coloring my hair for years. I have used the boxes at the drug store. I have had it done at a salon. I have never been completely satisfied with the results. My color always seemed to be different. My husband suggested I try Madison Reed. It was the best experience. The colorists were great in suggesting the color that best fit my expectation. I have done it several times and it is always the same color. I highly recommend.

I will not go back the service was horrible , I booked one stylist , and I got a totally different one that left in the middle of the appoiment and did not even inform me. the color was totally different than what I requested . I asked to talk to a manager and never heard back . I am having now to re-do my hair at another place . no one took responsibility for the work done because the original lady that I decided with what to do in my hair was not there. horrible . I would not recommend it at all

My experience at Madison Reed in The Falls (Kendall) was extremely disappointing. I went in for highlights and left with my hair completely ruined. Instead of subtle, blended highlights, I was left with bleached patches in multiple shades -- orange, ashy, copper, and red -- essentially every color except what I requested. My hair was left burned, brittle, frizzy, and visibly damaged. What makes this even worse is the customer service. To begin with depending on what beautician you get they may be friendly or not. The most important point is that the color is very harsh. I had my roots done a couple of times at the salon and later bought the color to cover the grey at home. I have very baby fine, delicate hair. The color I used was just a copper brown to cover the gray and it really destroyed my hair. It is very harsh. I would not recommend that product to anyone with fine hair. The salon staff are definitely not the most friendly.
