I have been using Madison Reed for over a year. This was my first visit to the color bar. It was a very clean and spacious salon and my colorist was wonderful! I will definitely return again.

I've been coming to the Rockville location for about a half year now and love it! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The store is very clean and parking is easy. The thing that I value the most; however, is the convenience and the cost. You can go in as often or as little as you like. Weather you are going in for your regular color day or just running in for a touch up, it is easy, fast and the color looks great.

This is my new favorite place to her my hair colored. It is clean, has great service and the coloring leaves my hair softer than other places that use the conventional hair coloring -- even expensive salons.

Very clean salon. Professional staff but not like your neighborhood salon as in not as friendly. After a second shampoo I found not all my grey is covered. I think the color is fading. My hair felt healthy and I believe you have to compromise with the ingredients. I will probably use Madison again but it doesn't cover as well as others.

Very nice visit to Madison Reed today. Everyone so nice, especially ISIS. She looked me up quickly, you knew what products I was looking for and she was so polite. There was another lady there who spoke as well that worked there. They made my visit so welcoming. I look forward to returning.

I love this brand of hair color. Im a loyal customer of this location now!! I love this location better than Bethesda Row. For starters parking!! Stress no more! I dont have to deal with pan handlers or driving in circles for parking! The staff here are Friendly!!! I love how welcoming the rep is!! Ashley has been my colorist 2x now and simply amazing! Five stars ! Staff wore masks the entire time, only 2 clients allowed and the product is fantastic! Efficient and fairly quick. Done in 1:15 for root coloring service.

One of the worst experiences ever. I do not recommend. Do not waste your money or time. I learned my lesson, please read he reviews carefully before you end up there.

One of the worst hair experiences I have had. I was there for almost two and a half hours when it should have been 90 min. The woman who was doing my balyage apparently didn't use the right product to lighten my hair and only realized when she was washing it out and the stylist at the next sink told her that the product she had used was wrong.
