I cancelled my subscription because of the level of service I received from this location. Most staff are rude and unprofessional. I arrive 10 minutes late after driving 50 miles in horrible weather condition the day before my vacation and Mandy turned me back with awful attitude. She did not have any clients but just wanted to sit in the break room and was not happy to see me. This was a complimentary root touch-up and this may have been the reason they did not want to do the work. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I would give zero stars if I could. I booked an appointment for Saturday evening using their website at least a week in advance. Showed up on time and was asked to take a seat and wait. After about 10-15 mins they called me, gave a seat at one of their coloring stations and made we wear the apron. They undid my hair (I had them in a braid) and divided them in to sections. The lady that checked me in was very nice and let me know there would be a wait. Angel was very late for my appointment, he came by with zero "thanks for the wait" and began putting barrier cream on me and a random client walked up and took his attention away immediately, he didn't say a single word to me and walked away with her to help her make her next appointment at the computer for over 5 minutes. I had color on my face all over when I came back. I didn't notice over there but took pictures after coming back home. I didn't use their hair dryer so just left after shampoo.

I was so excited to try this place out! I am absolutely disgusted by the service and experience I had here! Jessica and Ilene were so rude right when I walked in the door. We all go to hair salons for a relaxing and happy experience but this was the worst experience I have ever received! I do not recommend this place!

A friend of mine recommended me this place. They way she sounded, was a great place for hair touch-up for a very affordable price. She made an appointment for me, and I made a follow up call to make sure I get a confirmation. The lady on the phone asked for my email address and said she will email me my confirmation time. No email was sent bcuz she wrote down a wrong email address. Fine. Doing a review on behalf of the wife. Don't bother making an appointment at this location. They will simply call you 1 hour before your scheduled appointment to cancel and give you a cockamamie story that their sinks are not working due to a burst pipe. She's made 4 separate appointments over the course of 2 MONTHS and each appointment was cancelled and rescheduled.

I had been going to this location for a while now. However, the last few times haven't been the best experience. So, I'll be finding another place/location for my coloring. The last few appointments had an average late start of 15 minutes. When I had the last balayage done, I had explained that I wanted to focus more underneath yet the majority of it was placed on top.
