I was on time for my appointment and the salon was running 30 min late (I had confirmed my appointment twice) but received no call. Once I was finally able to get the attention of a colorist, they didn't consult me regarding the color and were just going to default to a color I had used 4 years ago. Very poor service and lack of professionalism.

The biggest regret I have ever made for my hair. Went in thinking positive thoughts. I had beautiful, natural, untreated brown hair. I wanted a balayage. I will post a photo of what I wanted. Jessica was assigned to do my color. Basically when I got up after the service, my hair was orange, brassy and streaky. I left very upset, contacted corporate and had a correction scheduled with the manager. I literally cried when I left the first time. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, and started to feel uneasy almost immediately. The staff were like robots - I received an expressionless, monotone greeting that felt more like the DMV than a salon: "Checking in?" "Yes" "Sit there and someone will get you in a minute". During the consultation, the stylist could not have been less interested in what I had to say and was unwilling to offer advice, just repeatedly asking me what I wanted. Very poor first visit. When I entered, the shampoo person called out a greeting from the back. However, no one came to check my name, appointment time, etc. Finally, when someone was at the check out station, I had to go over to finally get seated -- almost 30 minutes after my appointment time. The colorist spent a minimal amount of time discussing my color. He did a thorough job of applying the color, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I had the worst experience here. I waited at the front several minutes and no one greeted me. I walked to the back and asked the shampooer if someone could help me. She said she would be able to help. I went back to the front and was ignored again. Finally after several minutes someone asked if I had been helped. I sat down with my colorist and we talked about the current hair color that I was using. We also discussed that I wanted partial color in the form of either highlights or balayage.
