I tried Maggie Mcfly's with a large party and I am a little disappointed at the service that we received. At the beginning of our experience, the service was very prompt and once we received our food, the server rarely returned and we had to ask multiple times for sauces or more water, even to go boxes. I support adequately tipping when great service is received but, i was disappointed that my gratuity went to someone who didn't service us at the level. This is my second time going to this establishment attached to the Springfield Mall. It's what you would expect. Bar food with tvs and lively individuals who seem to be regulars. The menu has plenty of options which can appear overwhelming to some. Similar to a Cheesecake Factory menu, just lower quality. The food was ok. Stopped here on New Year's Eve to watch a college football game. Chose the spot based on the setup, decor and ambiance. Really liked the stools at the bar. However, they didn't have the sound on, so that was a bit of a damper. Sports fans, take note: they only turn the sound on for really big games or events. I think one of the servers said they didn't have sound for the World Cup. But perhaps they do for NFL games on Sundays. Didn't have anything from the menu, so can't speak to that. My friend raved about this place and their mimosa flights! We checked it out and even though it was dinner they let us do one. We got the pretzel as an app & it was everything you'd want a beer pretzel to be. We ordered sandwiches for the main course, unfortunately one was made incorrectly, but the server (Brook) was quick to rectify the mistake. Brenna the GM came by and comped the sandwich even though we insisted not to. Spectacular service, food, & drinks. Will definitely come back!

Service was mid at best. Got there around 7-8pm. There was 2 other couples standing at the door seemed as thought they had been waiting a while for someone to come say something to them. Ended up sitting at the bar cause no one came out 10 minutes after of arrival. Place is not even busy a lot of empty tables. For appetizer I got the shrimp. They were good. Very nice, food ok always a good time when dining here. Only (good) problem is the menu is so exhaustive... so many options but like I said that's a good thing. Service was great also
My wife and enjoy frequent visits to dine at Maggie Mcfly. We typically sit at the bar because of the outstanding service that we receive from the friendLu and efficient bartenders, Danielle, Casey, and Serenity. The manager, Brenna, always stops by to say hello and is always accommodating to us. We really appreciate the good service and food and plan to continue dining there.
Located at Springfield TownCenter near LA Fitness. We seated ourselves at the bar on a Saturday mid day to watch the games. There's music playing, so the game is muted. When the bartender arrived to take our order we requested a Moscow Mimosa, my partner said you could feel the heat as it traveled down his throat.
