They were speedy, prompt and polite. The cleaning was perhaps not pristine, but very good. Better than I could do myself. The price is fair.
After my home's initial scheduled deep clean a company inspector came by to take a quick look at the standard of work completed by her staff. She found it was not 100% and sent a supervised crew back in to make it perfect. The customer service of this company is outstanding, friendly and very professional. So far, Maid Brigade has been pleasant to deal with. They did an overall good job, but missed some essentials that I had expected they would include--vacuuming cat hair off furniture, for example. Assuming they correct this minor problems in the future, I would certainly recommend them to others.
very thorough with cleaning. only negative is that is not too reliable - can't give you an exact date/time, is week to week.
One of the two house cleaners sent out was sick . They were in my house less then an hour, did not perform all task that Patricia said they would. When calling back to Company Head Quarters, spoke with Patricia and she was rude, and mistaken my home with another clients. She seemed overwhelmed with complaints and I will dispute the charges they put on my credit card. DO NOT USE.
Best cleaning service I have ever experienced! Well worth the price. I felt undercharged. Very thorough and efficient. Ladies worked through conversation & never stopped to chat. No dawdling at all. I am very impressed, and will use this service again.
Our maids themselves were professional, courteous, friendly, and went way above and beyond the call of duty. They were awesome in those respects. But the Maid Brigade *organization* sucks. They called the maids away after half an hour, even though they had told both the maids and I that I was their second stop. So the maids had to come back in a couple of hours to finish. Cleaning was not as thorough as compared to expectations. The windows were not included, the venetian blinds were still dirty, and the sliding door tracks were not cleaned. We do not feel the overall cleaning was consistent with the high $300+ price we had to pay for a house that was already mostly clean to begin with.
