The girls were very nice, charming, and professional. The only thing is your charges are too high. Thanks.
The team that came to my house did an excellent job. Due to the nature of the job, they need to return on Monday to finish, which is great. I am glad that I will get the same team again.
The representatives were prompt. The leader communicated very well, and they both acted like they really wanted to help. They also behaved as though they were happy to be there and appreciated my business. This was for a move-out cleaning on my old apartment, but based on this experience, I intend to hire from this Maid Brigade location for periodic service in my new apartment.

My concern is the wearing of shoes in the house. Had I not been there to give the crew booties to wear, they would have worn shoes in my home. I do not allow shoes and strongly indicate this to be a major requirement of using this service. I need your assurance that no shoes will be worn without booties
