I was expecting professional move-out service. I received routine cleaning that didn't event meet my requests. Grime remained in corner areas. The level of service was nothing more than I could have done by my bachelor self. In fact, I insist on a refund.
Good service and communication. Professional manners.
I have scheduled my first cleaning, but my initial dealings with Patricia at Maid Brigade have been wonderful. She returns calls very promptly, is well informed and easy to work with and their pricing was only slightly higher than some of my other estimates - but the peace of mind I got from her knowledge makes that well worth it.
Misunderstanding about return visits, which wasted our time waiting for maids. Finally got it ironed out.
