Fantastic service
The team sent out by Maid Brigade was fantastic. Everything is spotless and they were very courteous. We just got a little mixed up with the office on what time they were to arrive, but it was resolved very quickly and in a nice way. Highly recommend!
I would have preferred a more thorough cleaning of the house, things such as all light switches, the window ledges, the ridge above all the doorframes, etc. However, I used two different services (one on new house and one on old house) and noted that the service was about the same.
Their price is definitely much higher than others. However, they have one feature that others don't which is to have a quality control person to come and review their work.
Very easy to get scheduled, very good job, higher cost vs other groups.
Maid Brigade quoted me a certain price and service time for my requests. The maids did not perform all requested services. I never received a requested call from asupervisor until after 2 more phone calls, and discovered I had already been charged me full price! The supervisor said that regardless of the time/price quote for services, the ladies had taken just as long even though they had done less and that there would be no refund, even though $20 of the charge was supposed to be for supplies, which were obviously never use... read more
We were not satisified with the aroma of the condo cleaned, we would recommend a deodorizer or fresh scent to be included with the cleaning, although our place had the look like it was cleaned recently it did not have the scent that it was cleaned.
