An early dinner meeting in a quiet atmosphere with a great, helpful waiter, Mike.
Loved the atmosphere as the sun set, and the Holiday decorations blended subtle and beautiful!
We have really enjoyed Mangiamo in the past but the last couple of times we've eaten there we've left disappointed. The food quality has declined. Also when we've been a part of larger parties, the serving staff has obviously been annoyed with serving a larger table. We will think twice before making reservations again soon.
The roasted brussel sprout appetizer was just delicious and the atmosphere of this restaurant was great, especially with all of the holiday decorations up. My entree' was scrumptious too!
Finally a restaurant w/great food & no need to shout at each other to have a conversation. There were 7 of us at a round table & we were all able to keep up with conversations. One of those dining w/us has hearing aids & struggles in restaurants to hear but there were no issues here.
I was very disappointed in the choices for the lunch hour. I have used the restaurant for years as far back as 'Gibsons'. I must say it was always during the dinner hour. Well, I've learned my lesson. I'll revert back to Charley's Crab or Leo's my usual haunts for lunch, both of whom have more attractive lunch fare.
We held a family dinner with a large group. Service, food, and atmosphere was fantastic. Would book again without hesitation.
Authentic Italian food in a wonderful setting. One of the most extensive wine lists that I have seen anywhere in the country duriing my travels. The staff are always willing to accommodate your special needs or requests.
Food was very good. Service was very good. A little noisy, but could have used some music to fill their awesome space.
