We were disappointed to be unable to use a gift card that we had been given to pay for the meal due to some technical difficulties. Though the server was nice, it seems that the management made the technical problem our problem rather than theirs by requiring us to pay another way even though we were not informed of the problem until it was time to pay. This was rather disappointing and not good customer service. Doesn't make us want to go back.
Make a reservation after 8pm and you get discounts as well!!
There were six people in our party. Everyone had an excellent meal except for one person. He got the scallops and was disappointed. The rest of the food was very good. The atmosphere was pleasant. Our server was helpful and friendly. We received everything in a timely fashion. The bread was very yummy.
The service was great, the wait staff was on point and courteous, kind and helpful. The food was spectacular, well prepared and well done, strong and on point from the main course to dessert.
OUR SERVER WAS FANTASTIC, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PERSONALITY! PARKING IS A DISASTER, NEED TO HIGHLIGHT/SIGNS THAT YOU OFFER VALET PARKING!!!
Whis the menu had a broader choice of pasta selections. The cost was reasonable on the selections offered.
overall, our experience at mangiamo was good. we were unlucky and seated near a large party with a lot of loud children that the parents were not controlling, otherwise the ambiance was great. my husband & i ordered an appetizer and 2 small family-style portions and had more than enough food. the baked ziti was delicious, but the chicken cavatappi alfredo looked and tasted exactly like a frozen dinner. the chicken was obviously pre-cooked, frozen & reheated. the sauce was watery & tasteless. very disappointing considering ho... read more
What I really wanted was a delicious meal. I didn't get it. Maybe if I stayed with a simple pasta dish or pizza I would have been happy. Food seems to be a hit or miss. I love the atmosphere and I will go there again because of it. Service was excellent.
This was my wife an my first experience at Mangiamo finding it a true treasure. The food was outstanding from the baked penne my wife had to the shrimp and sausage I had. I found the shrimp and sausage portion to be just right while my wife had an ample portion to bring home as well as share a few bites. They also offered to provide additional sauce to take with us.
