The personal pizzas were especially good that night (thin crust)! I get the margherita often and this was one of the best. :)
My first time visiting Mangiamo! was great. The first thing I noticed was how big and beautiful the building is, outside and inside. I loved all of the pictures and lit fireplaces and the nice mixture of background music. We went on a Friday at 8pm and it was busy, but not overwhelmingly busy. We started off with garlic bread and it was delicious, then I had the pork tenderloin which was a great mix of flavors. I paired it with a glass of moscato, which was sweet with almost a honey taste. A last minute recommendation directed us to Mangiamo! We were visiting from out of town and were looking for a unique dining experience. This restaurant did not disappoint. Food was five star, server was attentive and the historic venue is spectacular. A memorable meal for sure.
I did not care for my meal that I ordered. They were very good about letting me pick something else.
The family style baked ziti was just "meh". We both wish we would have gotten different dishes. The wine was great though and our server had great recommendations. We also did one of the wine flights, which was quite good.
Food is on a downward slide. Menu not very exciting
Everything was wonderful. I always love coming to Mangiamo! I was not disappointed.
Jeanine was our waitress and she was probably one of the best waitresses we've had anywhere. She offered suggestions and was very attentive.
