I am beyond pleased with the work that Marcos and his team have done for my family and I. Marcos sat down with my brother and me about a year ago to discuss getting approved to buy a home. He guided us and told us what we needed to work on and one year later, we have successfully purchased our first home. The best part is that it only took us 19 days to close escrow! Marcos Granada and his staff are very pleasant to work with. Not only did Marcos and his staff help me with a refinance and 2014 to eliminate property mortgage insurance they also financed the same home and closed the loan in 2013.They are very friendly,knowledgeable,educated, and up-to-date on today's market. working with Marcos exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time buyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Marcos was incredibly friendly and took the time to sit down with my husband and I to determine what would be a good fit for us. He even recommended a lending agent, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated.
