Marcos and his team made a usually painful and tedious process of refinancing easy. His team was very helpful and were responsive to our questions through the whole process. Marcos was candid and transparent which is always appreciated.

Marcos made sure we closed at the rate I wanted. And always answered all the questions I had, made sure things were done at a timely matter. Always called/text/emailed keeping me informed with any new details or changes or request. I will definitely use him again for future refinance.
