Mary knows her stuff!!! Mary understands the goal and works tirelessly to get to the finish line. I highly recommend her! If you are trying to finance in Rossmoor, she is your go to person. She has done many loans there for both COOPs and CONDOS, and understands the unique issues that financing in Rossmoor presents.
