The loan process is quite complex for Rossmoor, Walnut Creek properties! In spite of that complexity, Mary Niles and her firm were on top of every step, helped explain what the situation was at any given moment,, and gave me realistic expectations of how long it would take to get through all of the steps. She answered every question and showed great patience in my ignorance. I would highly recommend Mary Niles and her firm to anyone in the process of obtaining a mortgage.
