Angel greeted us at the door and she was so nice and helpful and sweet! It was my first time and she answered all my questions and even told us about herself and her own experience! Mandy, my therapist, focused on my problem areas and asked questions about my how they may have gotten there and told me how to change my habits. I had a knot from the top of my shoulder to the bottom of my shoulder blade from carrying my 2 yr old. Needless to say, I'm recommended to go back every 2 weeks and I'm a wellness member!! RecommendedI had the best facial at Massage Envy-wood haven!!! Everyone was so welcoming and professional from the second I entered the front door. The environment was clean and the girl who did my facial didn't push products on me but recommended some that I use everyday and have seen a huge difference in my complexion!!! Great job to the management team!! I would highly recommend this spa
RecommendedTried massage envy for the first time, and it was wonderful. The staff was excellent and their services were outstanding. I even signed up for a membership. You do not see great customer service anymore, but massage envy gets my vote!
