I have never actually recieved services from this place but I do have a comment about their policies. I scheduled two message appointments for mothers day weekend on the Thursday prior, unfortunately, since I work in cyber security I was forced to cancel my mother's day plans for saturday and spend the weekend working when the wannacry virus was spreading across the globe. Nice staff , clean , relaxing area . If your looking for relaxation it's nice but if you have chronic pain and need relief it's not the place to go . I was relaxed after my massage but had the same pain that I came in with when I left .
My massage was amazing. The girl was great. However a little disappointed it was an hour massage, & it was only 45 minutes, & they didn't offer to use any essential oils until afterwards.
Nice employees but my "60-minute" massage was only 42 minutes.. I made sure to watch the clock from the time she started to the time she stopped. It was a good massage but unhappy about the time spent and my entire left arm and shoulder went untouched because she "ran out of time."
Great massage, but the atmosphere was not my favorite. I have gotten a few other massages at other places and it has been much more relaxing because they have a locker room, robes to change into, and a peaceful area for you to drink water or tea and relax before you get up and walk out before and after your massage. When people make appointments, you should ask them if they prefer a man or woman. I had TJ and was more tense than when I went in. I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, but he was terrible. Furry arms rubbing my back and he didn't even hit the spots. Very disappointed.
