I signed up for a membership. There's been a lot going on in my family so I put it on a 6 month hold. When I called to schedule another massage I was notified that my account was cancelled. Apparently they do that and don't let you know. Because if you have any prepaid massages stocked up you have 60 days to use them or lose them. So they cancel your membership with no notice and then call after the 60 days has passed to try and scare you into signing back up. Wasn’t what I expected sub-par massage I won’t go back & only went because it was a gift.
15 min late start and left us sitting clueless in the lobby. Therapist was late so ICE cold hands. Otherwise okay but not impressed.
This place is a joke! Yeah they seem very nice & sweet talk you but don't fall for there garbage! I signed up for a year contract but unfortunately had to end early due to medical issues. The manager on duty at the time was very pleasant and understanding. I opted out signed papers and was able to gift my accumulated sessions to friends, everything at that time seemed great however when my friends called to schedule their appointments and arrived for their services they were told nothing was found!
