Matt Glover and his team at Preferred Rate were outstanding to work with during the moving and buying process. He provided proactive communication as to the status of the loan through the entire process and was available whenever we had questions. I would definitely use Matt again (if we ever move) and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family!!
This this my first time buying a house, and with no credit history, figuring out my financing required a lot of effort on Matt's part. He had to run all of my information several times before it finally worked, and he was always happy to do so. He and Christian were wonderful through the uncertainty of it all, and they even secured me a grant that lowered my closing costs significantly!
