I put off refinancing for over a year because I heard horror stories about the process. I've had some bad experiences with other banks so I didn't have high hopes. I was very pleasantly surprised. Matt walked my wife and I through the entire process and kept us up to date the whole time. Having never gone through the process before, that level of transparency made the experience so much less stressful. If you're in the market for refinancing your home I can't recommend Matt enough.

I love their helpful videos explaining the process. I never felt like I didn't understand what was happening, which is great cause financial matters can be complicated.
