The majority of my requirements were handled on the initial phone call, and, most importantly, the documentation requested was the documentation necessary, and I wasn't asked multiple times. Just once. That's rare in my experience with lenders; very rare. I would recommend Matt to anyone needing financing without all the drama that can many times be associated with that.
