Great communications and very through in their requests. Everything was timely with no surprises in the last days. Process was completed ahead of schedule with weekly updates of the status of process. Communications were KEY...they did a wonderful job and made us feel comfortable on an Arizona Home purchase while we resided in Virginia. We did the closing without any concern from our current home in VA. They had a Notary come to our home to complete the final paperwork and secure wire trans.
