Matt always answered all texts or calls if I had questions. I felt that he really cared about providing us with excellent service. We loved our great interest rate. I also liked the automatic updates of the progress of our loan. Thank you for an exceptional painless loan process.
More timely communication during crunch time. I am sure this was an unusual time, but felt a little forgotten when we ran into speed bumps before close which delayed us at a critical time.
