Better communication; I felt that there was a lack of communication throughout the process. The ultimately led to closing a day later than planned. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal but schedules had to be changed in order to make everything work. There were documents and closing payments (wired/cashier's check) that were needed and were brought up 24-36 hours prior to the closing date. I felt this should have been discussed at least a week prior to closing to ensure everything was GTG.
