This firm is mediocre. I was hurt at work back injury bulged disk but yet my lawyer advised me to take what the insurance offered only because I had a so called precondition that I was not aware of. I stayed working with a bulged disk in pain till my settlement and was fired the next week Colorado's workmans comp is a joke and so are the so called people who represents you I should have taken this matter to court. Very misleading and uninformative. Me and my wife had to go and get help ourselves due to the lack of communication!!
Recently, my experience, for the past 18 months, ended up all negative. They were misleading & did not give accurate information in the beginning. Me file changed "HANDS" between several assistants/paralegals that caused alot of questions as to the issue of high turnover within the firm. This made me feel unsure. Now 18 months later i am left to find a firm more experienced and not so concerned about high publicity. When i complained of my concerns, they dropped my case.
