$ 532.00 to diagnose and replace two parts that retail for $ 85.00, That's what I call American Capitalism at it's best !!! Entire Service call lasted 45 minutes

No more Mechanical Air for me! I just cancelled my contract and of course will not be reimbursed.

Been sitting in the south Florida heat for several hours after having made four calls so far to Mechanical's "24-hour Emergency Service" number...and I have a contract with them! Very disappointing.

I can't believe you have drivers who drive on old boynton heading west to jog harass and scare a young women with her 14 week old. This isn't the first time. Horrible representation for your company

I few years ago I had two new systems installed by Mechanical Air. The units are still under parts warranty. I also have a service contract with Mechanical. Today I had the annual maintenance performed and was told that I needed a new capacitor. It took 10 minutes to install the new capacitor and the labor charge was $127!!! That comes out to over $700 per hour!!!! I spoke to Cliff the service manager to complain about the price to no avail. The maintenance contract is worthless. The air conditioner they installed is a piece of crap. Called them today to fix a problem and was told it would cost $49 to come because our scheduled service is in Sept. They were here a month ago to fix a problem. Here we go again. Do not buy an Amana Air Conditioner and pray that if you need service, it is during regular business hrs.
