Last year I purchase 2 Air Handlers & 2 Condensers from Mechanical Air Conditioning Company. I called them this week when my air conditioner stopped cooling. Mechanical Air conditioning company REFUSED to return to my home to diagnose and fix my air conditioning problem even though they sold me my brand new air conditioners with 10?year labor and 10 year parts warranty. All of their receptionists were very rude to me, when I called Mechanical Air conditioning company!!!

Horrible customer service. While they were quick to come out the day our AC broke and collect their $90 to tell us what was wrong, I never received a call back or a response to my emails regarding repairing or replacing my AC unit. I expressed to them that I have a 6 month old and a toddler and the Temperature was 85 in my house and climbing. No one gave a crap. Your part was under warranty so the repair would have been no additional cost to you. The part would take until the following week to arrive, but you chose not to wait and instead go with another company. Your system did not need to be replaced. because you are crooks I had you install a unit for $5500 within the last 2 years had a problem today with thermostat going off was told by girl who took call it would be $135 for a service call but I am covered for parts and labor on my warranty service guy gets here and in 2 seconds tells me it is an additional $235 to drain the unit you're crooks and will never get more business or recommendations from me

Not reasonable company after installation. Problem with a/c before year and wanted to charge even though part should have worked. Included with installation. Also, servicemen rude. My development stopped using them.

$ 532.00 to diagnose and replace two parts that retail for $ 85.00, That's what I call American Capitalism at it's best !!! Entire Service call lasted 45 minutes

Been sitting in the south Florida heat for several hours after having made four calls so far to Mechanical's "24-hour Emergency Service" number...and I have a contract with them! Very disappointing.

I can't believe you have drivers who drive on old boynton heading west to jog harass and scare a young women with her 14 week old. This isn't the first time. Horrible representation for your company

I few years ago I had two new systems installed by Mechanical Air. The units are still under parts warranty. I also have a service contract with Mechanical. Today I had the annual maintenance performed and was told that I needed a new capacitor. It took 10 minutes to install the new capacitor and the labor charge was $127!!! That comes out to over $700 per hour!!!! I spoke to Cliff the service manager to complain about the price to no avail.
