Almost $500 to replace an existing thermostat (was under waranty) and link it to wifi! And we have an active Parts contract with them and a Labor contract with them!!! We were told it was a discount!

Very unprofessional and sleezy when it comes to business ethic. AC unit was installed in 2021 and it has broken down several times. There’s a 5 year parts AND labor warranty that they won’t honor because I’m the second homeowner. The unit is only 3 YEARS OLD. Worst customer service. I was called at 9:18 that the Technician was on his way and should be here by 10. I stop what I was doing and came home to be there. At 10:20 I called to find out where he was. Now they told he would be another 40 minutes . My time is just as important as theirs. When I spoke to the girls in Customer Service they kept giving me a run a round. I am here wasting time when I get $45 an hour. who is going to reimburse me??

Last year I purchase 2 Air Handlers & 2 Condensers from Mechanical Air Conditioning Company. I called them this week when my air conditioner stopped cooling. Mechanical Air conditioning company REFUSED to return to my home to diagnose and fix my air conditioning problem even though they sold me my brand new air conditioners with 10?year labor and 10 year parts warranty. All of their receptionists were very rude to me, when I called Mechanical Air conditioning company!!!

Horrible customer service. While they were quick to come out the day our AC broke and collect their $90 to tell us what was wrong, I never received a call back or a response to my emails regarding repairing or replacing my AC unit. I expressed to them that I have a 6 month old and a toddler and the Temperature was 85 in my house and climbing. No one gave a crap.
