They scammed me I am a 78 year old widow and during the heat wave last summer my air conditioning failed. I had used Mechnical Air for maintainance so I used them to replace my air. There is a fundamental business culture problem at this company. Rudeness from the staff stems from not being valued as an employee and is being transferred to the client. I do not recommend this company and have given them multiple opportunities.
