FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY BUSINESS CARD MULTIPLE TIMES AND REFUSED TO RETURN THE FUNDS. WE’VE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND NEVER GAVE THEM THE CARD NUMBER. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!
They never picked up without me having to email/call multiple times. I’ve been trying to cancel for 2 months and can’t get anyone to call or email me back. STAY AWAY.
In January I called to cancel our scheduled pick ups. The lady said we weren't scheduled for any more pick ups for our medical waste. Here we are, still getting billed, I called again, they verified we do, in fact, have scheduled pickups and are getting billed for them monthly. They will not adjust our account even though I called to cancel 3 months ago and was given incorrect information. We also still have to pay our cancelation fee. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They will have their sales associates talk you up then the second you pay for their services their customer service completely changes! The sales associate Jon lied to me about their mail back system and cheated me out of $400. And they refused to issue me a refund. 0/10 experience.
If I could have given 0 stars I would. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I am in my 20s and I started my own tattoo shop. The sales man named JON took advantage of that and LIED to me about their mailback disposal being a good fit for me, and I made it very clear to him how much waste I accumulate. The customer service is the absolute worst. Whatever you do DO NOT work with this company. They will say anything to get your money then ignore you the second they get it.
We will never do business with this company ever again. I would advice that if you are considering using them that you look at other companies and avoid MedPro at all cost. Their customer service rep Christine P. has been trying to enforce a contract term that is not part of the 2021 contract we signed and was only in the 2017 contract.
