Terrible company. Cannot get there payment processing correct. Failed to credit invoices paid. Pick ups never when they are scheduled. Would NEVER use them again.
In December 2021, I used MedPro Disposal for a one-time service. I was required to pay for the service prior to receiving a shipping container and did so. Following this, I received multiple shipments of new containers which I returned or refused. 1/18/22 Billed $125 for service not requested or used. Despicable business practices. Ghost billing for services during corvid when no one was doing any medical procedures. Then they have the audacity to charge a termination fee of $2800.00. Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. Customer service team is off shore and you will nothing but the run around. I will be filing a complaint with the state as well as the BBB!
I had written a review about 3 months ago warning people of this company. Terrible, terrible customer service. Since then we were contacted by the company saying they were "allowing" us to legally terminate our contract on time and refunding to us nearly $1000 in over-payments we've made. Since that time, NO ONE has communicated -- despite repeated attempts to both call and return emails sent from the individual who told us our money would be refunded. This company is an absolute sham. They have been trying to hold our business hostage for FOUR years. The first time we tried to cancel they negotiated a lower rate and then we CANCELED them in a certified letter 63 days prior to our renewal date (the contract calls for 60 days written notice). They "never received it". It was certified and USPS shows that they did. It was also faxed. This company should absolutely NOT BE TRUSTED. They lock you into a contract for waste pickup, then never deliver on the service. Service is unreliable, they never come as scheduled and yet they still bill you for service.
I would love to recommend them but for me to be able to do that they would have to actually come and do a pickup first. Been waiting since October 2. Terrible customer service.
