MedPro Waste Disposal

MedPro has been a blessing to our office. Easy set up. Straight forward contracts and agreements. John ******** helped us get out of a sticky situation with our previous disposal company that was not performing and to be honest was threatening to my office manager. We were quickly taken care of and there was no stoppage to our pick ups when we transitioned. They are punctual, transparent and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service. And on top of it they have ALL of the necessary compliance and liability pieces in place. 5 Stars ALL day.

When we moved our waste disposal management to MedPro it was primarily because their quote vastly blew the bids of other companies out of the water. So, we were happy just from a financial perspective, but then I was astounded by the level of customer service provided. Daniela Restad is the rep managing our account, and she has been so professional, so available, so courteous, and so proactive that she has actually ruined us for other businesses! She set the bar so high, other vendors just can't match it. If you want reliable and professional service delivered by people who genuinely care about treating you well, MedPro is your company! And Daniela is your girl...she remembered from an old conversation that I had mentioned being in graduate school, and she asked me how it was going several months later! Now *that* is how you make a customer feel cared for! Great company, they pick up our waste on a timely manner. The staff members have all been very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing medical waste removal.
